My sleep is fuct. I went to sleep immediately after coming home from work today, and now I can't fall asleep at all. Which is doubly crazy because I'm taking painkillers and drinking port, so I should be knocked out. Instead, I'm just loopy!
Other than that, I'm listening to My Bloody Valentine on repeat. I can't get Isn't Anything to play on my computer (I blame the lousy slot-loading drive) so I'm just listening to Loveless. Really, what more do you need?
Oh, in other news, I talked to my latest crush today. Not good. I think I need to face reality and give up on women for a while.

It was pretty weird, and strengthened my belief that this place is haunted. Of course, given my propensity for half-awake hallucinations, this may not be all that noteworthy...

I think it's kind of sad that My Bloody Valentine could never follow up "Loveless". I've heard rumors that they've recorded full albums, and then Kevin Shields just erased the master tapes because it didn't sound right to him. At this point, I don't think it's going to happen (but it might be funny to start a bet on who's gonna release a new album first: MBV or Guns n' Roses) , but at least they left behind such a perfect album.
