Once again, my day yesterday was marked by a disturbing amount of sleep. I fell asleep around 8:30, and slept until about 3:30 in the morning. I suppose I should've gotten up then, and accomplished what I was planning to do yesterday, but I just stayed in bed until I had to get up for work.
I'm beginning to be a bit concerned. I have been depriving myself of sleep a little here and there, but not so much that this should be happening.
In other news, I was walking home today, noticing as usual all the trash that always lines the sidewalk for part of the way home. I was being disgusted at the losers who make some parts of this city so ugly, when I saw a piece of trash that made me smile:
a burned american flag.
In other other news, I managed to get off of work 5/2-5/5, so I can go down to Savannah GA and visit a friend. I can't afford it, but I'm starting to realize that travelling is worth doing even if you are broke. Better to save money elsewhere, like maybe paring down my collection of Faberge eggs.
