Had a pretty good weekend. Friday I hung out with dollface for a bit, tried unsuccessfully to take her mind off of getting fucked over by her job, then met up with oak and had some Indian food, and finally went to see the Epoxies. The show rocked, and we met up with pilar and spinoza while there. Then of course we went out boozin'.
Saturday I had to work, although I showed up an hour late due to the late night drinking. After work I found that some chump had slashed the tire on my bike, so I walked it home and went over to oak's house for some barbeque and hanging out. I met some of his friends, who were very cool and super funny. dollface was there too, so....we went out boozin'. She tried to get me to talk to a girl at the bar, but you see, I have a long tradition of being to lame to talk to cute girls. And I'm not quite ready to break that yet.
Today I met up with oak and caught a Cubs game at Wrigley. It was damn cold, and the ivy isn't green yet, but it's still a beautiful place, and the game was pretty good. Afterward he suggested we go somewhere for some boozin'......nah, I passed this time.
I haven't really done much this evening. I've piddled about here and there, but really I've just been relaxing and enjoying it. After running around for most of the weekend, I didn't get in my quota of lying around and doing nothing. Sad to say, but it's kind of important to me to have that.
As much fun as I had this weekend, I spent waaay too much money, most of it at bars. Granted, I was having fun and all, but I think it's time to lay off the booze for a bit. Is it possible to go out to bars and have a good time without drinking? I doubt it, but I think I'm about to give it a try...

In other news, I think I'm in an Alice Cooper kind of mood.
