As I mentioned yesterday, I found out that Holly Golightly is coming to Chicago yet again. biggrin
I decided to treat myself tonight. I picked up some manchego cheese and some fresh catfish at the grocery store on my way home from work.
One lemon, some spices, some Rolling Stones, and half a bottle of Sptlese later, and life is good.
Life is very good.

See, my teacher wants us to concentrate on things like camera angles, lighting, shot-setup....the more technical side of the film, not just story and dialogue. There is a ton to talk about with Citizen Kane as far as that stuff goes.

It's sad how little I know of The Sebadoh. I had "Gimme Indie Rock" as a single when it came out and thought it was just silly. "Willing to Wait" got on the radio but I was like "Oh this is so wussy." But I'm perfectly willing to hear any of it now; I could have been wrong about those two songs too. It takes time to buy every indie band's albums, of course. I'm getting there...

edit - I want to try to refer to them as The Sebadoh from now on. THE Sebadoh.
