Both my ankles are swollen, and my achilles tendons hurt. I blame the the fact that I was running up and down the sand dunes at the beach yesterday. Yes ladies and gentlemen I took my friends on a psychadelic trip to the beach. Again. Anyway, it was fun and it was Bisa, and Smessy's 1st time and we had a blast.
