So this is the first chance I've had since yesterday to breathe. Hawaii rocked my world. We saw Humpback whales jump out of the water from our condo porch, we surfed in Poipu, and Hanalei Bay where there were like 20 ft waves it was sick and scary!! We snorkeled, and sunbathed and made friends with the locals, who BTW are way intense. Hawaiian locals have this religion all their own. There church is the ocean and the pews are the waves, and the only thing they pray for is another riteous set of waves. They also have their own language which is called pigdgeon. It's like all the languages in one. I met one guy named Scott. He was 35! I was shocked, he looked 23!! And he had the body of a surfing god! *SIGH*
I shanked my big toe in the Waielea River trying to get my friend's zodiac in the water but it was all good, he's a vet and he gave me some antibiotics on the spot and wrapped it up good. Let's see what else, oh yea every body kept buying me tai chi smoothies, which are the creation of my new favorite hawaiian bartender, Mike. It's three kinds of rum in this fruit smoothie and oh wow. I must of drank $400 worth of tai chi smoothies. But it was worth it. I'm so tan now I love it. I'm developing pictures as we speak and hopefully I'll have them up by the end of the week. So that's it, next up is VEGAS and then maybe New Orleans for Jazz Fest!!! Yea Team!!
