Sin was right, huge karmic payoff today for yesterday's shitfest. No work. No school. Just glorious fun. First, Ophal's set went up and that was enough to make it worth getting out of bed. Anyone up for a trip to Iowa. Hot damn that girl does wild things to me. As much as it sucks being stuck in nascar country, bible belt, republican hell the beauty of North Carolina can be worth it. The fall is the best time to see this place but spring is a close second. The dogwoods, the carolina blue sky...ahh...driving around in the mustang with the windows down, listening to Bad Religion watching all the cute little kiddies down at the skatepark and the hotties walking their dogs...

I went to the comic shop to pick up my books. The guy there has know my brother and me since the dark ages. He still calls me by my last name. A few years ago everyone i knew did. He's the only one that keeps it going. I picked up my usual Strangers In Paradise. I'm developing a huge crush on Casey. The new Blue Monday one shot...Clover in her underpants...put that in the spank bank. And most importantly Eric's Rex Mundi. The scene of Father Marin's home in ground zero state only is worth picking it up. Plus sexy, introspective, dark Dr. Sauniere, how do you say no to that?
