Tonight I celebrate about to be 26 by taking lots of d***s, dancing to hard music and becoming a lecherous old man that frightens young attractive boys. We'll again test how worthwhile all the gym going has been.
However, I have sorted out my soundcard which means Systemic studio has almost sprung into life. Just waiting for a few more things to arrive. I can at least make music and multitrack record. I just need more control. Don't we all?
I don't know who would be interested but I've dropped trying cardbus audio interfaces and got a firewire 4in 10out which should do fine for now. It doesn't supply DSP relief from the CPU but that shouldn't be a problem at my current level. Being only 4pin, I have to use a PSU on the breakout box so some portability is lost but again, not a real problem. Bored? Well pisss off then.
