In two and a half weeks, we're going on vacation. Since we just celebrated our 25th anniversary, and in a couple months our son will be graduating from high school (with high honors), we decided we really needed to celebrate. So we're spending more money than we really should, but it'll be so nice. We're going to Antigua for a week! 
I also had a wonderful shoot with a professional model in Kansas City (well, she's from Milwaukee, but we shot in Kansas City). Titania is her name, and despite being less than healthy, she performed like a trooper, and I think we got some wonderful shots (see below).
So I'm trying to decide if I could put together a studio in Columbia, outfitted with equipment (lights, backgrounds, some props, etc.) and then rent it out to area photographers and clear enough to make it worthwhile (and end up with a free studio in the process). I would have to be there whenever anyone was shooting (to look after the equipment, if nothing else), so this would become a full-time job. Commercial space here goes for upwards of $1/sq ft/month for the type of space I'm looking for, so I'm probably looking at a couple grand a month just in rent. Plus it would have to replace my salary.... I dunno. I'll have to think about it and do some market research.
