Last update before madrid. I am sooo stressed I can't talk I can't write, I can't paint..... One more day...
And I decided to tell that I have a new girlfriend to my ex-wife today instead of after the trip.

Tobacco: Since last Wednesday I did smoke 3 normal cigarettes (with nicotine), and 3 packs of Quest nicotine free tobacco.
Result: I don't like those cigarettes and I feel less "need" for smoking, I think I'll drop the habit naturally at the end of the carton. Thanks dkmfc!
