I haven't been on here in forever! It doesn't help that I moved and we still haven't gotten our wireless up and running (and probably won't until later this week) and I've been on vacation in Boston with my family for a week and I'll be gone for next weekend (Seattle) and the weekend after that (Las Vegas) so here's my best shot for a little while!
Boston was wonderful! It's not really summer where I live since it's cloudy and misty and cold in the morning and warms up to around 70 degrees F during the day. But in Boston, it was warm and sunny and I got to go swimming in the ocean and kayaking in the ocean. Such a lovely time!
Plus, I got to go camping in Acadia National Park (most people know it as Bar Harbor, Maine) with my family! I love camping! It was so beautiful. I'll show you my pictures when I actually download them from my computer.
And vacation was so relaxing and I love being around my family and I actually got to see two friends from college whom I hadn't seen for two years - that was fun.
And now, I sit at my dining room table, knowing that I have to buy a wee bit of furniture before my room is less of a disaster zone and that I have a fair amount to clean. My next weeked free is in September though - so it'll be a pit for a while.
And I chopped my hair again - it's even shorter now. Again, pictures will be later although probably in this post. And now I've decided to wait about two years to try to grow out my hair long enough to donate it. Just to see if I can.

i have about 3 inches to go before i can donate my hair again. it's a pain in the ass, but it's just something so easy that you can do to help someone else. it's actually kind of neat when you get to put your ponytail in the mail and know that some little kid will feel a little more normal because of your small gesture.
