Well, I headed down to The Double Down. The place is as scummy, trashy and cool as ever. I meet DickVegas there. Very cool. Dick has to teach me that sobriety concept.
I had a couple girls I know show up also. One by one they came drunk, already!
One of the girls loved your glasses!
As I figured, not many SG locals showed up. I am talking about the 21 over crowd.
But part of going out to these planned drinking things, is to promote SG Site to people that dont know it exists. Las Vegas is an untapped SG market.
It was a bad night to plan anything on a Thursday. But, we had a good time.
As for carding @ the door: yes they do. Even the Double Down has Business Ethics.
But anyone can always try to sneak in, like I had to when I was 16.

Unfortunately for the younger members, ID is required at both those fine establishments. Why, I have no idea. Maybe we can plan a Scandia night.

I'm planning on heading out to LA Monday for a few days to play poker, eat sushi and drink sake. Or/ cheap tacos and piss beer.
I need to go to the Doc to get some Ambien..... I haven't had a good nights sleep in a few weeks. Passing out doesn't count!
1 Ambien and one shot(scotch) makes me sleepy!
I don't recommend/approve of underage drinking. But hell, when I was 16 I was hanging out in The Casino Royal and buying beer at gas stations with my fake ass Vermont ID. Betting a $25 teaser or $5 parlay seemed normal at 16.
The only all-ages shows seemed to be at that sorry ass Huntridge Threater when I was younger.
Does anyone remember sneeking into ShowGirl Video (before you had to pay to go in the back)?.........Thats some old school shit right there!

heh, yeh someone should have told me i need to drink like a fish on dates..especially last week, i went out with this guy who has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder..he was a handful..that was my first date for 8 months..and im sad to say, it left me with a bitter impression and will be my last date..for a long lonnng time, no wonder i gave it up cos i meet all the freaky guys!..anyway i shall not bore you with details, how are things for you? you had any bad dates? share your stories with me so i can feel better
