finally, happy news! i got another package from my bestest friend in sweden yesterday. (yes, i check my mail on sunday. heh.) he sent a c.d. of a band called kent, which i have been begging him for since he teased me with 3 of there songs on a mixed tape. he also sent this awesome comic about a goth girl named nemi. what i can understand of it, it is hilarious! and she's a bit like me too. if she only wasn't a cartoon... then she'd be my girlfriend.
i also pampered myself a bit yesterday. cooked a delicious dinner of pasta with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers with parmesan cheese. then some friends and i saw signs. why has every movie i've seen in the theatre this year (the other was spiderman) sucked such ass?
oh wait, elling was good. i guess i should just stay away from the big budget hollywood films.
