yay! my mood has improved today. it took some effort, but i forced myself to realize the beauty around me. i nitpick, a lot, and usually the bad things, which gets quite depressing if i don't check myself. so i decided to nitpick the good things, and now i feel much better.

i'm reading a book about queen elizabeth. she is my idol. which is kinda funny, that my idol is a 16th century monarch who supposedly remained a virgin her whole life. really, though, i identify with her for some reason. maybe because she was a notorious flirt with a cunning wit and a quick temper. i'd like to think that describes me as well.
