i'm finally on my way to teacherhood. i start volunteering at berkeley high school in the next week or two. i'm actually pretty excited--i think i'll enjoy it. at the very least it should tell me if that's what i want to do for a living.

That's good....when we were over in El Cerrito it was my constant paranoia that I'd get stuck over here...I'd find myself leaving events at 9 just to be sure. Hope it didn't cost too many crazy dollars.

so i caught this great band at Rasputin today. never heard their music before--The Lovemakers. heard they were playing in SF on thursday, got totally stoked about seeing them in a real concert...but when i went to buy tickets they were sold out.

What do you play?
I know how you feel about getting burnt out on shows. I cycle in and out of concerts and different times of my life. SOmetimes I'll go to anything, others not even to a band I really want to see. I'm in the later at the moment my self.
But that's awsome, rather then watch a show, you have a chance to be in one. Talk about cool shit man!
