well, suspicions have been confirmed...hotcurry is one cool girl. we'll get her up north one of these days.

I know. I'm pathetic. frown But I did end up going back up to Universal to break a story I'm woking on with my writer friend. So the day wasn't a total wash. It just took a while to get started.

P.S. as a fan of your journal I do feel let down. tongue I've never been to the bay area, but as a girl who grew up in the NYC area everyone swears I'll love SF. I want to go, I just don't know anyone up there or anything to do.

my grandma has melanoma. she's caught it in early stages before, but this time there's a chance that it has spread. today she asked me to research what happens as the cancer progresses, since she doesn't have the internet. she's a little scared.

weird thing though, i couldn't find anything out. tons of info on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, but that's all. like they don't...

Boston Terriers are such great dogs. Huge personalities. Frank loves being around people, cats and other dogs. I wish he was mine. For now I just have to settle for walking him for friends.

I used to like spiders when I lived in Jersey and we'd only have daddy long legs and little safe non-poisonous ones. Then I moved to LA and this woman at work put a terrible fear into me about black widdows. Spiders were no longer my friends. frown

well, my best friend got me a subscription for a late birthday present. kick ass.

right now i'm a little isolated out in the country (near Santa Cruz), but i'm hoping to move back to the bay area within the next year (i graduated from uc berkeley last year).
