ok, so i won't actually be free until after the 14th, but at least i have some well-planned distractions to help me out. then i can celebrate my freedom with a kickass (and probably completely overcrowded) christmas house party. thank god, because i am already burned out on school.
time is really weird right now. too fast and too slow at the same time.
i'm also trying to come to terms with my laziness and procrastination. it kinda scares me that i can imagine it being a problem (or at least a nuisance) when i'm finally employed. hopefully these thoughts are just a byproduct of all the pressure i have right now. but it's not like i'm choosing a profession that i can slack off in, especially in the first few years. the damn kids better be worth it.
