Well, the new job is still on hold. . . This time it's legal issues that are the cause. My friend/future boss is bummed because he just had an office constructed right next to his for me and we're still stuck on hold. I think he wants this work out more than the company does which is part of the issue.
Anyway, still hoping to get it all worked out and leave my current employer. So, for anyone who reads this I would appreciate it if you just put good thoughts for me out in the universe.
On the home front, the kiddo has recovered nicely from her massive wreck and the sweetie is enjoying her training for yoga teacher certification. If only I had been able to plan better and save enough so that she could have taken four months off before looking for a job. . . The most I could manage was two months. C'est la vie.
