OK, been out of town for a while with the work laptop which means no SG. 
It seems that I missed a bunch of my faves and some new hopefuls posting sets and struggled to catch up on the news today. As far as my news goes, the comp offer was accepted and the position is being created but were 30 days out from anything concrete.
The sweetie is now officially unemployed and I was hoping to have this new position by now so that I didn't have to stretch my finances over a few months. Of course, being me I am now panicked that the new job will vaporize and the sweetie will have to return to work before she finishes her yoga teaching certification. It's not a likely event but I'm a worrier.
Not much else going on. . . Oops, not true. The kiddo splashed a big wreck on the alpine slide while in Winter Park with her BFF and came home with some ugly abrasions, the usual contusions from a high speed wreck and a severely sprained wrist. She just started middle school and it is picture week so the lovely abrasion across her right cheek will look fantastic on her permanent student ID.
