Well, work is a drag. It's that time of year when I am working with managers to cut budgets and this time this means that we're reducing the workforce. I am working with managers to determine who loses their job in the next 15 months and then I get to keep it a secret until it happens since I don't know who might know any of these folks. I always hate this part of my job but this year it's worse and I have no idea why it feels so bad this time. Maybe it's the size of the reductions? Maybe I'm just tired of my job resulting in the loss of others' jobs. . .
