Getting back into the groove at work. . . Amazing how a few days off really changes everything.
Yikes! Took the Rover in from some brake work and discovered a cracked bearing seal on the rear axle - a part that can only be obtained from Land Rover (of course). So my brake job and tune-up jumped to a $2k repair and drained all of my fun money from my accounts for the summer.
OK, just found out that one of my student loans was given the same account number as another and this had led the lender to accrue all funds towards the one loan and not the other at all. The guarantor called me today to warn me that I was on the verge of default because of this. WTF?!?!?
