i fucking hate nights like that, it makes sleeping so pointless... The best thing to do in this case if you keep waking up and then diving back into a nightmare is to wake up and just try to think of the most retardly happy thing...and say to yourself "no more bad dreams...no more bad dreams" think of flowers and butterlfies and anything that makes you happy...and even though it sounds cheesy it works...your most likely going to go to sleep thinking something pleasant which will lead to better dreams.

hey first of all sorry that it appeared like i was jumpin on you. i have a little bit of engineer v. physicist rivalry in me, and i had better get rid of that!

there is a lot of chaos in the human body. not that specific model i sent you, but hormone diurnal variation, brainwaves, and patterns of molecular signalling (one example: intracellular calcium oscillations) exhibit chaotic behavior. here's a piece of literature. not sure who wrote that last piece but i scanned it and it looks like a fairly good explanation.

i finally saw big fish today, i liked the scope of the film, between real and unreal. it was a bit dramatic at times, a departure somewhat from timmy burton's other films biggrin

afterwards i had the best pizza ever!! COVERED in prosciutto, lamb sausage, fresh herbs, mushrooms, smoked mozz and superfine sliced red potatoes!! OMFG yum i can't wait to eat the leftovers!!
