it's been a long time since i used the word nightmare when discribing my dreams. last night that's all i had was nightmares. not the kind that scare, but the kind that hurt. bizarre, strange situations where dream reallity keeps one from being able to think and just leaves you with some some overwelming emotion. empathy, family, death and morals...i feel like i just spent the last eight hours bleeding from my heart. yeah, my head is pretty spun! and than i wake to my new roommate recording this song that sounds like some kind of medieival ballad

i fucking hate nights like that, it makes sleeping so pointless... The best thing to do in this case if you keep waking up and then diving back into a nightmare is to wake up and just try to think of the most retardly happy thing...and say to yourself "no more bad dreams...no more bad dreams" think of flowers and butterlfies and anything that makes you happy...and even though it sounds cheesy it works...your most likely going to go to sleep thinking something pleasant which will lead to better dreams.

It's a drag, then you go to work tired.....Best to block out everything and then your day will go better....Take a bikeride amongst the cherry blossoms....
