The best thing to do in this case if you keep waking up and then diving back into a nightmare is to wake up and just try to think of the most retardly happy thing...and say to yourself "no more bad dreams...no more bad dreams" think of flowers and butterlfies and anything that makes you happy...and even though it sounds cheesy it works...your most likely going to go to sleep thinking something pleasant which will lead to better dreams.

i finally saw big fish today, i liked the scope of the film, between real and unreal. it was a bit dramatic at times, a departure somewhat from timmy burton's other films 
afterwards i had the best pizza ever!! COVERED in prosciutto, lamb sausage, fresh herbs, mushrooms, smoked mozz and superfine sliced red potatoes!! OMFG yum i can't wait to eat the leftovers!!
