I saw the greatest thing unfold today at work: two people falling in love.
Around 7, I saw 2 cars pull up to my Subway. A guy and a girl got out, exchanged one of those I-don't-know-you-yet-but-hi hugs, had some small talk, then walked in. I made their sammiches (yes that's how its spelled), and they sat down together. I then dove into the kitchen to do my food prep for the next day. I walked back out at around 8, and they were still there, still talking. The guy even had the "This girl is absolutely amazing" look on his face, and I couldn't help but smile. They ended up staying until around 9:30, both with a gigantic smile on their faces. I even caught a glimpse of a quick kiss before they got into their cars and drove off to dream of each other.
Kinda gives ya hope, doesn't it?
