Thursday started to be boring so I painted my Cons red and added Tron-like patterns to them

Friday night's Burlesque show was wild. I had a great time getting drunk with some of my closest friends

After the show, a number of us (including Toxicboy, LTrainPickles, Maxx, Margot_Dent, jeremyscareme, and some non members) headed over to the Star Strip II to witness the force of nature that is Voltaire. She is so smart, beautiful, and talented. I wish her nothing but health, wealth, and happiness. She deserves it.

Saturday, I woke at around 11am with no solid plans for anything
A few minutes later, this happened..

hell yeah!
I collected what change I had, traded it for some bills at el banco, and off we went..

It was old school fun. The kind of fun you had when you were a little kid. We ran from slide to slide. It was cold, then not, then cold again. But it didn't matter at all. If you've ever been to a water park, you know that it all comes down to the last hour open. We must've hit about 8 waterslides in that time. And yes, our feet were killing us. But it don't matter. All that mattered was that we were smiling and laughing.

After that, Rae and Midian took me home. I changed. Relaxed for about a second and went off to some close friends BBQ.
Babybeezer was there. And yes, we saw each other this time. We sat and enjoyed each others love of all things Harry Potter. Once again, I feel so lucky for having someone in my life I can geek out with.
Cedar got me into eating something with mayo in it. She has a talent for getting me to try new flavors and foods. I can't really explain why, but I completely trust her with my tastebuds.
Niamh shared some smiles, some stories, and all the beauty that is her.
Homewrecker deserves thanx for helping me wreck some old foundations in my inner home. Now I can rebuild and redesign some more.
Margot_Dent. I believe I've found my long lost wonder twin. She is Jayna to my Zan.
And the rest...

After filling up and enjoying some extreme dating at the bbq, I took off for home to clean up. A quick stop at Tower to pick up The Icarus Line's Penance Soiree. The louder I play it, the more I love it. And then I was off again...

I headed to Downtown to visit
MissMisha and MorningStar. She was exhibiting her work and doing some live painting...

If only I had money, I would've snatched up a piece for myself. But, alas, such is the artists life.

Speaking of, I'll be putting more time into the "job search and destroy" department. The prospect of not making the rent and starving and not having any of my bills paid is starting to worry me. Oh well, what'll happen will happen.

Today was laid back. Margot_Dent came over. She brought Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter cookies that rocked my world. We went to a toy/anime store. I picked up a FLCL figure and got the hard-to-find Hellboy w/corpse figure for MobProd, my bestest friend ever.
We shared a 2 item combo from Panda Express and headed back to HQ. While eating, we watched FLCL and was blown away once more by it's animated storytelling perfection. More RadaradaR ideas came up and commited too. She then took off for the sold-out instant films festival.

I picked up MobProd at LAX and then we went to Tito's Tacos. By far, one of my favorite food establishments in LA. We got the food and headed home.

Once there, we ate, watched Westender (it rocked), and parted to our separate rooms.
