Well, I gouged off the backing plates, then ground, cut, and sanded. It took a while, and I fucked up a couple of times, but I managed to pass three out of the four, which is pretty good. Well, it would be terrible in the real life test (which you don't take until you have a job welding and need the structural certification), but not too bad for practice. So, I need to redo my vertical, and then finish welding the structural shapes, and I am onto wire! *chuckle*

Anyway, Spring is definitely here, as we suddently find ourselves surrounded by beautiful women in revealing outfits. Ah Spring...



Yesterday I watched Kids in America, Chicken Little, and Everything is Illuminated (in that exact order as it turns out, though I didn't plan that while typing). They were all quite good, especially Kids in America, possibly because the redheaded girl in it was insanely cute. Everything is Illuminated started off a little slow and I had my doubts about it, but it eventually turned into quite an entertaining little movie. And Chicken Little had the voice of Zack Braff as Chicken Little, so how could it go wrong? *chuckle*
