By the way, I questioned my Dad on the audit and it turns out that each volunteer was given an advance. The portion that they didn't use had to be returned. Being the penny pincher that he is he starved himself and stayed in flea bag hotels and managed to save $1700 probably figuring he could keep it. No such luck of course.
