I don't know if I should feel like a dick, but I sorta do.
I love baking myself and have recently acquired the enjoyment of cooking. Never used to like but I've adapted I guess.
I make a mean scottish shortbread and this incredibly decadent peach torte. What's your niche?
Anyway....chocolate sounds really great and pasteries for that matter. I've never tried bread either although my mom used to make homemade bread all the time. She makes a wicked beer bread with Heineiken(sp?)
