yeah, man. the sonics have been lobbying for us to foot the bill for their new stadium almost as hard as the mayor has been for us to fund his little tunnel project for the alaskan way viaduct. honestly i say we tear it down, won't do any harm not to spend any money there and just beef up our transit instead.
but i digress.
the reason we're not willing to pay for the sonics is they're not winning anything and we're not a big basketball town. mostly i just wish they'd put a better team on the teak so we could go enjoy watching them.
