new year's eve has always been one of my favorite nights - the last few have been real scattered, hard to find a good crew - it's been a long time since a friend had a good party on new year's...
...in his new house, no less. another couple, good friends, are about to have their first kid... things are definitely on the move around me. good stuff.

Hope your new year's was great.
It's a movie that looks like it cost about $5 to make - when I first saw it years ago, my first take was, "What is this garbage?" I couldn't stop watching, and by the end I was scared out of my mind. I remember images from it (the transmission from the future, the devil's hand coming towards the mirror) so well.
It all came back to me listening to Endtroducing (bought it last week) - I had heard it before, but didn't remember it being this good.
