so yeah, it was a pretty good weekend.
spent friday night surrounded by friends and consuming lots of beer. that was a great time. SGChicago truly knows how to rock a party.

then spent saturday and sunday almost entirely on the couch, enjoying a few good meals, a bit of basketball, plenty of lap visits from the cats, and hours and hours of Battlestar Galactica on DVD. we just couldn't stop watching that shit, yo.
of course, the world outside spent saturday and sunday dumping a bunch of wet ugly fucking snow all over us again, so that sucks. i've got to get out there and scrape the sidewalks at some point today, in between the grind of the ongoing job search.
there were not too many exciting reasons to wake up today, but here i am. moving forward. slowly.

i'm hoping for the pelican show but murphy's law as a second??!! i'll take it.
