winding up a wonderful weekend spent with the 'Bandit - she set us up downtown for the weekend where we ate and drank very well, while bouncing around this fantastic city's streets. so thus endeth officially my birthday celebrations, i guess.

So here's what i'm thinking: we started planning a little couple's get-together for friday and it's somehow turned into another SG meet'n'greet... i'm thinking we go to socialize for a while and then head back to my place (only a few blocks away) for an after party for our little clique vs. the whole family... besides, it's cheaper that way and there's a dog and an xbox on a projector for entertainment...

happy new year man, hope it was a good one.
The snow scene is very evocative..........it reminds me of where I grew up. Feeling homesick recently, oddly enough. I miss the mountains, the mills......and six months of winter.
Meanwhile, it's raining in NYC.
