if capable of getting themselves made president, is on account of their high ability to manipulate, then no kidding they shouldn't be allowed. unfortunatly tho, some would say people need to be manipulated in order for tasks, such as those delegated by a president, to be managed and completed.
i agree 100%, people are a problem.
