This heat wave is making me nuts and my kids targets...

They are wild and crazy as they can't get their outdoor time that they are used to this week. Yesterday I was a shitty mom for sure. I tried to let them burn off some steam by playing in backyard wit the hose, it was fun at first...until I had sick of playing the fairness police. The littleist one is uber annoying kinda right now with her need to climb EVERYTHING , but I know that she needs to explore....and the boys are not happy unless they are fighting over something as idiotic as a stick!

This sums it up, as my husband came home late AGAIN without calling, and I had been waiting with a broken hose and sweat down my face (it was almost 40 out) and exhausted from being up all night with Ev's new molars...this is what he came home to..."COCKSUCKER, I have HAD it, I am in over my head, I have no idea what I am doing, I am sick of doing it alone, I am booking and you can try it, good luck ASSHOLE!"

needless to say, I had a cool bath, chilled out and am facing today anew with lofty goals of having a good day. We are gonna go to the airconditioned Library today....
