so one of my guinea pigs is peeing blood. I'm waiting for the cab to arrive to take me to the vet. I hope he doesn't need an operation like one of my other ones did because I can't afford it at the moment. Poor piggy. 
Update: well my piggy is definitely old. They took xrays and did a urinalysis. He has arthritis. He's not able to clean himself like he used to, and his penis was inflamed. I, um, apparently have to clean his penis and rectum twice a week.
Ah the joys of pet friendship. 
I'm happy that it appears nothing lifethreatening is going on though, having lost my favourite guinea pig to bladder stones.
