Perhaps quitting WoW and my guild without a word was a rude thing to do. I think I hurt a few people's feelings. I'm trying to make amends.

In other news, I'm helping my mom find a tour to scotland and ireland for june. she wants to take my sister-in-law. I think it's a grand idea. My sister-in-law is scottish (red hair and all) and my mom's half-irish, so they'll both be checking up on their roots.

work has been uniformly (and unsurprisingly) bland of late, but I'm not minding. I seem to have hit that autopilot mode perfectly, and I'm barely even registering phonecalls anymore. I had a cute one today though. A person moving into springbok lane, which was near gazelle close. I told her she was moving into the hoppy/jumpy area of town, and asked her whether she'd noticed any lions nearby. She laughed.
