So last night surlyclown bought me tickets to come to LA for the month of May. Officially I'm on a leave of absence from work for other personal reasons, but I needed to go and be with surly in less of a vacation atmosphere to learn more about him and see how we get along. Well that and to hang out and play and have crazed deviant sex.

I'm looking forward to going on long walks with him, and snuggling, and cooking (that will be an adventure in itself as we are both domestically challenged), and learning about LA. I hope to spend some time thinking about my plans for the rest of the year.

Romantic developments with mr. clown have lead me to consider moving to Vancouver in Fall/Winter, after I've cleared my mom's house, gotten her settled and saved some cash. That way, I'll only be one flight from LA and we can get to know each other even better.
