I starting working out regularly again this week. I've went out and bought a bunch of healthy food, which I've been cooking to avoid the nasty take-out monster. I want to lose 70 pounds, but I don't want to diet. To that end I'm just trying to make moderate lifestyle changes. Wish me luck. robot

Thanks Trixel, that means alot. I know the work will come in time but the waiting game sucks, and so does having little money.

I have been thinking of you this week. I have been thinking, some day I will have to go to Montreal to interview Maurice Dantec or to attend a conference or some such, and when that day comes I will travel across to the prairie states and I will visit with trixel. That is what I have been thinking.
