It's Father's Day. Father's Day usually brings me down. I'm feeling pretty good this year though. In the spirit of honouring parental figures, I'm going out with my mom for a movie and lunch. We're off to see Over the Hedge.
ps. I made a vow to try to find what makes me happy. It appears to be an ongoing process called Life. To that end my first therapy appointment in more than a year is on Wednesday. I'm scared as hell.
