so a friend on here has gotten me to start a diet with him. It was written by a programmer, and the algorithm looks promising. The essentials? It's called No-S because on non-S days (weekdays):
-- you do not have a second helping
-- you do not eat sugar
-- you do not snack
You can do whatever you want on the weekends but most people find that the bingeing thing isn't an option because you've trained yourself to want a rational amount of food.
I'll let you know how it goes. I'm starting off at 5'7 and 220 pounds (yeah, I ballooned over the past year.) Wish me luck.

better than my one meal a day and heavy drinkin regimen i was on there for a bit....
