I think I'm addicted to purevolume. I've been browsing and unable to stop and go watch the movies on my coffeetable. I know I *shouldn't* ask cuz it will be bad for me, but can anyone direct me to more sites like this. I love finding new music. Hell, I love music, period. robot

Glad you like that one. K recommended it to me, then Judas was pimping them shortly before she left. They sometimes miss the boat completely, but I've found some songs I like. You can suggest artists to them if they haven't heard of some of your favorites.
jena:
Awesome! At least tell me if I'm right with my comparisons. They are currently filming a documentary called This Band Could Be Your Wife. Holla!

Bust mag sponsored their current tour, shazam!

The ring fits nicely now. My mom got a couple pints of borscht and some flowers. I made it home and then wasted money on thai delivery. The girl who delivered it was cute as hell. I dunno, I think she's flirting with me every time I order. It's probably wishful thinking on my part.

I overate Thai. Then, instead of watching Robot Stories or...

Hey, nothing wrong with Questionable Content, it's one of my fav webcomics!

guitargeek:
If you think thai delivery girl is flirting with you, make a killer mix CD and give it to her next time she delivers your order.

I'm off to pick up my resized engagement ring.smile Then I'm going to visit my mom (she's sick) and bring her some anti-cold mojo.

Maybe a movie later?

Hey Bud!
I just wanted to extend an invitation to join our new group for concert reviews. Please join up and let us know what you've thought of the shows you've seen.

biggrin
catdad:
Oblivion. Need a pretty hefty video card for it. My radeon 9800 pro is just barely okay and can't do justice to some of the lighting and water effects. I added a few pics of the remodel in my pics.

I never sign into AIM these days. Pick a night when you'd like to receive some files. I'm probably going to be mostly engrossed with Oblivion for the next couple of weeks (or more), so if we pick a day, I'll just plan on it. Also, I'll be taking the week of April 3rd off of work and would be available during the day then.

It's been a crazy few days.

Yesterday morning we got a long distance call from surlyclown's mom: his dad who has been ill for awhile is in intensive care. Sad news, indeed. frown His dad's attitude is great though, so I think that will go a long ways to helping him feel better. Please send your good thoughts his parents' way. I'm sure his mom...

I'm leaving on Thursday early am to go visit surlyclown in LA. I'm so excited about seeing him again.

Yeah, I know, he was just here about two weeks ago. Don't rain on my parade. tongue

I'm hoping to fit in some faijta making, in-n-out eating, walking, arkham horror playing, amoeba whoring, partygoing, moviewatching, eating at this japanese noodle house, snuggling, fooling around, and being together....

Tide detergent saved my life! ok, actually it saved my hand.

This chick in a station wagon ran into me when I was crossing this four lane at an intersection about 20 minutes ago. She creamed the bottle of Tide I was carrying, and my wrist and forearm went bouncing off the side of her car. She stopped and opened the door, in complete shock,...

I'm the Maid of Honour for my sister's October wedding. I never realized how much was involved in a formal wedding. Thank goodness my sister is organizing most of it (from out of town), but there's still a fair amount that falls to me.

I'm off to look at bridesmaid dresses with the other bridesmaid. She's thin. We have to buy something which will look...

When was this movie made?
apostrophenow:
I saw a documentary from Iceland about a bunch of people who believe in fairies and gnomes that live in boulders and invisible castles. I watched it twice. The second time I smoked some weed to make it more odd.

Sorry, I just wanted to share too.

I wonder about pets. I got my guinea pigs when they were pretty small. Do the animals we wrest from their parents when they are young properly learn intraspecies communication?

I just heard my pigs squeaking to each other, and I wondered if they understood each other. robot

perhaps its like human adoption - there is a bit of an adjustment when they begin to reckon the effects/affects of re/location, but nonetheless find the language of expression and community. at least, that is what i'd like to think. also also, best to you on yr fitness undertaking (i read back). may you soon feel as beautiful as you are at any size. kiss

he's just probably screaming "pass me the salt, pass me the salt"

So my first no-s day of the diet. It went pretty well. A few hunger pangs but mostly because I skimped on lunch. I will not repeat that mistake tomorrow. I'm having a full plate.

In other news, it's just over a week 'til I see Surly in LA. I'm very much looking forward to it. robot

so a friend on here has gotten me to start a diet with him. It was written by a programmer, and the algorithm looks promising. The essentials? It's called No-S because on non-S days (weekdays):

-- you do not have a second helping
-- you do not eat sugar
-- you do not snack

You can do whatever you want on the weekends but most...
