hmmmm. what was the higlight of my day? work a 10.5 hour day? nope. going to the gym and getting a nice work out in? not today. i know. how about the my apres-workout of hot tub and wine? getting warmer. even with those excelent contenders, i must say the contest ends in a tie between catching the end of "swimming pool" on showtime and getting my modest mouse tickets in the mail.
Swimming Pool: i just love the french, i wish i could still "parle un petite francais". but alsa, i guess i am just an American aqurium drinker. on a side note, the crazy lunch lady at work wished me a happy bastile day today (she doesn't come in tomorrow.) one day i will make my return to the Southern France. Vive la france!
Modest Mouse: This show is just going to rock. The Walkmen and Modest Mouse in the same night. i have yet to see either band live, which is an even further bonus.
