Today was good. no voices, got some work done on my building project (half of the foundation has been dug)

I may have figured out a way to prevent those nasty people in my brain from sending me to the american gigling academy... constant occupation with something. They seem the most troublesome when i have nothing to do, which is why i wrote so many songs at work on slow days (see previous journal entries).

Karate is tomorrow and i'm doing some more work on my friends film... maybe that will be enough to occupy my time.

Sharpened a new set of shuriken today, got a good target set up for them, and did some rifle target practice in addition to getting a little reading done... damn... did i do all that today? Also got in a good hour of bojutsu practice (fighting with sticks for those of you who arent familiar with that sort of thing)

Hope my return to sanity lasts a little longer than my most recent visit... it lasted all of 14 hrs...
