Today was good.
Karate, Reading, visiting sister i havent seen in months, got some good sourdough bread from my grandma, started on the foundation for my forge project (began digging the trench for the concrete) Learned the End of Bo form 7(happy dance), learned a new way to apply a kick ass leg sweep with matching axe kick to the groin, oh yeah, and im going to my cousin's wedding on saturday morning

Phrase of the day: feels like ive been taken apart and put back together, i love it

Need of the day: um... feminine companionship would be nice
