Well, Ivon stopped by for a while today... he played in the trees, huffed and puffed a little and when i didn't get scared he started to cry (about 5" i think)

Sounds like you know the answer to that question -- you know how it will end if you get back with her. If that pain is worse than that of being alone, then stay away from her. As long as you're on your own, you can pay attention to you and take care of yourself instead of taking care of a relationship that may be doomed.
