Wow sounds great, do you always get that sort of thing or is this a rarity?

You are very right that moving is always a scary thing, but every time I have done it I have found myself in a great situatiion, now I have only moved a couple times, but that is stil two times that give me something to look at. The way it is sitting right now is more along the line that I am going to wait out the economy a little more before I really get into it all, but I still like getting another person's take.
