Just thought I'd make that clear.
My paolean diet is going rather well. I've been keeping it up for a week now, and my cravings aren't even half of what I expected them to be. I guess you just have to find the right moment to stop. For me it all kick-started with a text message from Mr Asshole Cadette.
[I keep naming my failed dates foul nicknames. I have the Bastard, the Slut, the Whore and the Bitch. Perhaps this is a bad habit. Perhaps I should stop. Yes, I will. Tomorrow.]
Still, it has been going really well and without even owning a scale I belive I have already lost about two pounds. Not that this makes a big difference, but it is fun to notice the difference in yourself. Also, this determines one thing; I am so off the carbs. Going paolean is the best thing I have ever done. I can eat as much as I like of the things I like, kick off my sugar addiction and I feel fantabulous for it! Loosing a couple of pounds is just a bonus.
I admit I do glance longingly for the chocolate at the grocery shop, but I can survive with strawberries instead. It's not a bad deal. Not bad at all.
