Making my way through my first audiobook (rereading King's "The Stand") and I have to admit that I dig listening. It really forces you to slow down and absorb the content instead of rushing through the slow parts 📚

@trisg even when you aren't in heavy traffic. I tried audiobooks on my commute a few years ago.  60-80 mph most of the drive and I would still lose track of the story.  I gave up after I was on the same chapter of the gunslinger for 3 days.

@electriceye22 I'm the total opposite, if I'm on the interstate for 100+ miles I zone out the empty road and get hooked on the book :) Gunslinger was a slow read but I loved it. I'm a huge King fan haha @sirviel
