I just made a fucking awsome big jug of smoothie.Nothing fancy or to flash,just bananas,stawberry's,natural yogurt,milk and honey.Now Im chugguing down some bad ass smoothie,chillin to some music.

More physio today.turns out that the damage I did to my shoulder last week was only minor(didnt fucking feel like it)and I havent put my full recovery back as I first thought.The physio has got me booked in for more work tommorow,and if all is ok then I can go back and train with the team again.Weve got 1 week till the Europeans.This time next...

My team kicked everyones butt this weekend Germany,Holland,Denmark,Sweden,Belgium all got a kicking from us,they didnt stand a chance.We beat every team by at least 12 goals some of them by 20+goals its looking good for the EUROPEANS in 2 weeks time.
